    • 1-16oz-- cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    • 2Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    • 1 large onion,chopped
    • 2-strips bacon,diced
    • 1lb.fully cooked -smoked sauage,sliced


    Instructions


    1. Combine sauerkraut and brown sugar.
    2. Place in slow cooker.
    3. Add layers of onion, bacon,and sausage.
    4. Add enough water to cover half sauasge.
    5. cover.Cook on Low for 5-6 hours,or high for 3-4 hours.
