- 1-16oz-- cans sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 2Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 large onion,chopped
- 2-strips bacon,diced
- 1lb.fully cooked -smoked sauage,sliced
Instructions
- Combine sauerkraut and brown sugar.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Add layers of onion, bacon,and sausage.
- Add enough water to cover half sauasge.
- cover.Cook on Low for 5-6 hours,or high for 3-4 hours.
