    THIS RECIPE HAS BEEN MADE AT ALOT OF HOILDAY GATHERINGS


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 SMALL PKG. LIME GELATIN
    • 1C.HOT WATER
    • 1C. COLD WATER
    • 1 SMALL CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
    • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~SECOND LAYER~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    • 1 small pkg lemon gelatin
    • 1c.hot water
    • 12-large marshmallows
    • 1- 3 oz- pkg cream cheese
    • ~~~~~~~THIRD LAYER~~~~
    • 1 small pkg red -flavored gelatin(cherry, raspberry, strawberry)
    • 1c. hot water
    • 1c.cold water
    • 1can cranberry sauce with berries


    Instructions


    1. First layer,Dissolve gelatin in hot water,stir until dissolved.Add cold water and stir.Add drained pineapple and pour into 13"X9"x2" DISH AND PLACE IN REFIGERTOR TO SET.
    2. SECOND LAYER...IN Double boiler dissolve gelatin in hot water;ADD marshmallows and cream cheese.Stir until dissolved.Remove from heat and cool..when cooled,add to the first layer that has set.Place back in the refrigertor and allow to set...
    3. THIRD LAYER...Mix red gelatin with 1 c.hot water and stir to dissolve gelatin,Add 1c.cold water and stir until cool.Add cranberry sauce with berries,chill and addto the chilled and set layer.


    Final Comments


    this takes awhile but it's worth the effort .
