    1 pound ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 (16-ounce) cans each pinto, navy and great northern beans, undrained
    1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (16-ounce) jar mild salsa
    1 envelope ranch dressing mix
    1 (16-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
    Sour cream
    Shredded Cheddar cheese
    Corn chips

    In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with corn chips on the side. Makes 12 servings
