Lemon Bars

Recipe Introduction
I found this recipe at Mimi's about 4 years ago, and it a family favorite. I usually add more lemon than the recipe calls for, and sometimes add fresh blueberries or raspberries, too.
List of Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups sifted flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 tea. baking powder
6 tables. lemon juice
grated lemon rindRecipe
Combine first 4 ingred. until reasonably smooth and pack into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees--but do not brown.
While crust is baking, prepare topping by combining last 6 ingred. Pour over bottom crust and bake 20 to 25 min. at 350 degrees. Sift powdered sugar over top while still warm; cut into squares. Let cool before removing from pan.
