    List of Ingredients




    1 pie crust [9"]
    2 tbs water
    2 tbs flour
    2 tbs cornstarch
    2 egg yolks beaten
    1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    1 cup vanilla chips
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 cup water
    1 tbs butter
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    8 oz cream cheese

    Heat oven to 450. Bake pie crust according to directions on pkg,9-11 min. Cool completely. Combine sugar,cornstarch and flour mix well, stir in water until smooth. Cook over med high heat until it boils, stirring constantly. Reduce heat,cook 2 min. Remove from heat,stir 1/4 of hot mix into yolks, blend well Add egg yolk mix to saucepan. Cook over low hear until it boils, stirring constantly. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat stir in butter, lemon peel and lemon juice. Transfer 1/3 of the mix to a small saucepan, cool remaining lemon mixture 15 min. Add vanilla chips to mix in small saucepan and stir over low heat until melted. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add chip mixture and beat until well mixed. Spoon over bottom of crust. Spoon lemon mix over cheese layer. Chill 2-3 hours. Beat whipping cream until stiff, spoon over pie.
