1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
4 dozen miniature marshmallows

Recipe



Heat oven to 400ºF.

Melt 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and butter over low heat; cool.

Mix remaining chocolate chips, eggs, sugar, flour. baking powder, salt, vanilla, nuts and melted chocolate mixture.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press marshmallows into center of each.

Bake for 8 mintues.

Makes 4 dozen.
