    List of Ingredients

    10 oz. mild chocolate bars-divided

    (Hershey, Cadbury, Nestle's, etc.)

    1/3 cup butter
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

2 1/2 tsp. of any liquor

    (Amaretto is wonderful)

    Recipe

Grate 2 oz. of a chocolate bar and set aside. Melt remaining chocolate with whipping cream in top of double boiler. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Divide butter into pieces and stir into chocolate mixture until well blended. Add liquor and pecan pieces if using. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Roll into nickle sized balls; roll balls into
grated chocolate. Place in tiny Christmas paper liners. Store in refrigerator.

These make a lovely addition to a cookie tray and they are wonderful
