    4 eggs
    2 and 1/4 cups sugar
    1 cup milk
    4 cups Half and Half
    4 cups whipping cream
    4 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream freezer and follow freezer directions.
