    Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf

    1 lb. bacon, cooked
    4-ozs. canned mushrooms
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk
    1 (8-oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup oatmeal, cooked

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Drain bacon well on paper towels and crumble into pieces.

    In a large bowl mix together all ingredients, except 1/3 cup cheese and 3 tbsp. bacon pieces. Press into loaf pan.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF. for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle on remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
