    Cherry-O-My Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 graham cracker crust
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 14 oz. can Borden Eagle Brand Milk (condensed- about 1 1/3 cup)
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 1/3 C. lemon juice
    • Glaze:
    • 1 can red tart pitted cherries packed in water (reserve 1/2 C. juice)
    • 2 T. sugar
    • 2 t. cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. Soften cheese to room temperature. Whip until fluffy. Gradually add milk while beating until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well.

    2. Pour into crust and chill for 2-3 hours before garnishing top of pie with cherries.

    3. Cherry Glaze: Blend juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan until sauce thickens. Cool.

    4. Add cherries and garnish pie. (Red food coloring can be added if desired.)
