    Crawfish Etoufee

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 yellow onion, chopped
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • celery, chopped
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 lb. crawfish tails
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Saute' onion, bell pepper and celery until transparent.

    2. Add crawfish and cream of mushroom soup.

    3. Season with Red Pepper, Tony Chachere's, salt and pepper.

    4. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.

    5. Serve over rice.
