Jalapeno Corn Bread

List of Ingredients
- 3 pkgs. corn bread mix (Martha Whites Yellow Corn Bread Mix)
- 2 C. milk
- 1 can cream corn
- 1/2 can jalapenos (6 oz.), chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 t. sugar
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs, sugar, onion, cream corn, jalapenos and cheese.
- Add corn bread mix.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 dish and bake for 25 minutes at 450 or until tests done.
