Spanish Cornbread

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. cornmeal
- 1/2 C. flour
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C. grated longhorn cheese
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1 small can cream corn
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/4 C. oil
- 4 diced jalapenos
Instructions
- Put oil in iron skillet and heat. Pour in mix and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
