    Spanish Cornbread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 C. cornmeal
    • 1/2 C. flour
    • 3/4 t. salt
    • 2 t. baking powder
    • 1 1/2 T. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 C. grated longhorn cheese
    • 3/4 C. milk
    • 1 small can cream corn
    • 1 small diced onion
    • 1/4 C. oil
    • 4 diced jalapenos


    Instructions


    1. Put oil in iron skillet and heat. Pour in mix and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
