    Easy Oven Stew

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb. beef stew meat
    • 3 large onions, cut into eighths
    • 1 14oz. pkg frozen baby whole carrots or 3 large carrots, cut in chunks
    • 1 16oz. pkg frozen cut green beans
    • 1 14.5 or 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained, chopped
    • 2 C. water
    • 1/4 C. instant tapioca
    • 1 T. beef instant bouillon
    • 1 T. brown sugar
    • 2 t. salt
    • 1 t. pepper
    • 2 bay leaves


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 300.

    2. In large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mix well.

    3. Cover and bake at 300 for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.

    4. Remove bay leaves.

    5. 12 (1 cup) servings.
