4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp comino (ground cumin)
salt and pepper to taste
no-stick cooking spray
16 oz jar Mexican hot sauce or picante sauce
Recipe
Combine the dry seasonings and rub over the chicken breasts to season.
Spray chicken on all sides with the cooking spray. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
Pour the hot sauce over the chicken breasts and bake another 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.
