    Recipe Introduction


    Makes 6 servings @ 7 pts each
    or
    Makes 4 Servings @ 11 pts each


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2lb skinless/boneless chicken breast; cubes
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 can healthy choice cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
    • 8oz sliced mushrooms; drained
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 1 cup fat free sour cream
    • 6 cups hot egg noodles


    Instructions


    1. Place Chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Add soup, mushrooms and wine and mix well
    2. Cover; cook on HIGH 2-3 hours
    3. Add sour cream durin last 30 minutes of cooking.
    4. Serve over noodles!
