    KING RANCH CHICKEN

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium green bell pepper
    • 1/2 medium onion
    • 1 can Healthy Request condensed cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 (10oz) can Rotel tomatoes
    • 6 oz cubed chicken, cooked
    • 4 corn tortillas
    • 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
    • FatFree sour cream (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 325°.

    2. Saute pepper and onion in skillet with pam.

    3. Add soup, Rotel tomatoes and chicken and simmer 3-5 minutes

    4. In a round 1.5 qt baking dish alternate layers of tortillas and soup mixture.

    5. Sprinkle cheese on top and back 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
