    This is a favorite recipe of Bruces Mother.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8-oz) Can Tomato Sauce
    • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
    • 1/3 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
    • 1/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    • 2-3 Lg. Bnlss. Breast 1-2 Lbs Split, and skinned.
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 Cup shredded Mozzerella cheese
    • Extra parmesan for topping


    Instructions


    1. Mix Tomato sauce, italian seasoning,and garlic salt in a 2 cup Micro. Bowl.
    2. Cover with waxed paper.
    3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir once.
    4. Reduce power to medium and micro. 5 minutes. Stir and set aside.
    5. Mix corn flake crumbs, 1/4 C parmesan cheese and parsley.
    6. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then in the crumb mixture.
    7. Place chicken in rectangle baking dish.
    8. Cover with waxed paper, Micro. on Med-HIgh until tender (9-14 min.)Re-arrange after half of the cooking time.
    9. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle Mozzerella over chicken and sauce, sprinkle with parmesan.
    10. Microwave on High until the cheese is all melted, and sauce is Hot.
    11. Serve immediately.
    12. Serves 4- 6
