    List of Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    3/4 cup LAND O LAKESŪ Butter, softened
    1/3 cup milk
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice*
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    2 eggs
    1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin

    Butter Pecan Frosting Ingredients:

    4 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cup LAND O LAKESŪ Butter, softened
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 to 4 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup chopped pecans


    Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all bar ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

    Pour batter into greased 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until bar springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely.

    Combine powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, gradually adding enough milk and scraping bowl often, until desired spreading consistency. Stir in pecans. Frost cooled bars. Cut into bars.

    **Substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.
