    2 tbsp. butter

    2 pkgs. corn muffin mix

    2 eggs

    1/2 c. milk

    1/2 c. plain yogurt

    1 can (reg. size) cream of corn

    1/2 c. shredded cheddar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the mix, eggs, milk, and yogurt until blended. Stir in corn and cheese. Pour into pan in which you have melted the butter. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
    Bake in an 11x7 pan.
