    Coconut Cream Pudding Mix Banana Bread

    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    5 eggs
    2 cups mashed bananas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups walnuts
    2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Form into 3 loaves. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
