List of Ingredients




3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
5 tart apples, sliced thinly
cinnamon
sugar

Recipe



Before mixing ingredients, peel, core and slice apples.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste, set aside.

Mix first eight ingredients together until smooth.

Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Layer batter and apples until all ingredients have been used.

Bake at 350 degree for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with a glaze.
