3/4 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. coconut
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. almond flavoring
1 c. semi-sweet chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
ParaffinRecipe
Mix mashed potatoes, coconut, powdered sugar and almond flavoring together. Chill for 1 hour. Press into balls. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and a little paraffin together. Dip balls into mixture and set on sheets of waxed paper until set.
