    French Vanilla Ice Cream

    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 box instant vanilla pudding
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Beat eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, beating until the sugar and pudding dissolve. Freeze according to freezer instructions. yield: 1/2 gallon.

    Grasshopper Ice Cream: follow vanilla ice cream recipe omit vanilla and add 2 jiggers creme de menthe and 2 jiggers of creme de cacao.
