2 eggs

1 (16oz) jar salsa

1 c. finely crushed tortilla chips

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 lb. lean ground beef



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350. In bowl combine egg, 1/2 c salsa, chips, and taco seasoning. Add meat; mix well. Place in a mixture in 4x8x2 loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes to 55 minutes or until no longer pink. Top with salsa. Serves 4 to 6 people.
