    1 beef roast (2 3-4 lbs)
    1 pkg au jus mix
    1 (14.5 oz.) can beef broth
    1 pkg dry italian dressing mix

    Recipe



    Mix au jus, italian dressing and beef broth in the bottom of your crock pot. Add roast and cook on high for 3- 4 hours
