    Glorified Chuck Roast

    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    1 (4 to 5 lb) chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or tomato soup

    Recipe

    place onion soup mix in casserole place roast over soup mix. Pour mushroom soup or tomato soup over the roast. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours.
