Creamy Burrito Casserole

List of Ingredients


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 lg. flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
2-3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream




Recipe

Brown beef & onion, drain. Add taco seasoning & stir in refried beans.

Mix soup & sour cream in separate bowl. Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

Tear up 3 tortillas & spread over sour cream mixture.

Put 1/2 meat/bean mixture over that. Add layer of cheese.

Repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

*Use an 8 by 8 casserole dish.
