List of Ingredients





1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper

Brown in skillet, season to taste.

1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Add soup and tomatoes to hamburger in skillet. Stir well.

1 pkg. tortillas

Cheese to grate for top

Put layer of tortillas in long pan. Add layer of hamburger mixture then another layer of tortillas and remainder of hamburger mixture. Grate Cheddar cheese over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
