Cheddar Cheese Potatoes

List of Ingredients
3 c. water
2 c. diced potatoes
2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. diced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
Boil 20 minutes Cook until thickens:
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
Recipe
When thickened add 2 c. cheddar cheese . When melted add 2 c. ham and add this to vegetable mixture. Simmer, uncovered until ready to eat.
