2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 - 3/4 oz) condensed Cream of Potato soup, undiluted
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Recipe



1) Place potatoes in crock pot

2) In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, soup, and salad dressing mix until well blended

3) Stir into potatoes

4) Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender
