    Ranch Potatoes

    6-8 potatoes cooked & cubed

    Mix:

    ½ c. sour cream
    ½ c. ranch dressing
    ¼ c. crumbled cooked bacon
    4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 T. parsley

    Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with 2 oz.. Additional cheese. Add 2 c. cornflakes and pour over all ¼ c. melted butter.

    Can be mixed a day ahead.

    Bake 40-50 minutes. In a 9x13 greased pan.
