    Bacon Stuffed Cheddar Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    3 piece boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 1/2 cup cheddar (I used sharp) cheese
    1/2 packages bacon
    1 egg
    dash milk
    1 1/2 Italian bread crumbs
    salt & pepper

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Pound out chicken

    2. Cook and chop bacon

    3. Spread out cheese and bacon over chicken flattened breast. Tuck and roll chicken.

    4. Mix egg and milk

    5. Dunk rolled chicken into egg mixture then into bread crumbs.

    6. Repeat step 5. for an extra crunch.

    7. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until done.

    Optional to use a bit of bacon grease under the breaded chicken so it doesn't stick to the pan.
