    List of Ingredients





    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 (8oz) packages of rotini noodles

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to package. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
