Frozen Banana Salad

List of Ingredients


4 bananas, mashed

1 (8 ½ oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 T. lemon juice

1 (6oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters

½ c. chopped pecans

¾ c. sugar

½ tsp. salt

2 (8oz.) carton sour cream





Recipe

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Pour into 7x1192 inch dish. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
