    Frozen Pineapple Salad

    1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 (8-ounce) carton pineapple yogurt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 (8 3/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
    lettuce leaves
    nuts, chopped

    Recipe



    Blend together cream cheese, yogurt, and sugar. Stir in drained pineapple. Spoon into 6 paper baking cups set in muffin tins. Cover freeze.
    To serve, remove paper from salad cups. Arrange salad on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
