1/2 c. finley-chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 c. minced onions or scallions
4 med. tomatoes, finely chopped
2 T. Tabasco or hot sauce
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
1 glove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
