    Cheesy Vegetable Soup

    2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. shredded cheese

    Recipe



    Bring all to a boil in 4 quart pan except the milk, flour and cheese. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in milk and flour until smooth. Gradually blend into soup. Add cheese gradually and stir until melted.
