    This is a very cool dessert. The name is deceptive. It is more like a pie than a cake. Real good on a hot day. Very refreshing!

    List of Ingredients




    1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
    ¾ CUP MARGARINE
    29 0Z CAN PEACHES, DRAINED
    16 0Z SOUR CREAM
    2 EGG YOLKS
    1 CARTON COOL WHIP 8 OZ.

    Recipe



    CUT COLD SOFT MARGARINE INTO CAKE MIX UNTIL LIKE COARSE CRUMBS. PAT INTO 9x12 CAKE PAN. MIX EGG YOLKS AND SOUR CREAM IN SEPARATE BOWL, THEN ADD PEACHES CUT INTO ONE INCH PIECES. SPREAD OVER CAKE CRUST. SPRINKLE WITH
    CINNAMON AND BAKE 30 - 40 MINUTES UNTIL EDGES START TO BROWN. COOL COMPLETELY. SPREAD COOL WHIP ON TOP.
