18 oz. Can crushed pineapple
1 large box cherry Jell-O
1 can cranberry sauce
½ cup chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
½ cup chopped celery
Recipe
Drain pineapple. Put pineapple juice in saucepan with ½ cup water and lemon juice; heat to boil. Add jell-O and cranberry sauce. Stir well; chill until it begins to set. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Mix well. Refrigerate until set.
