List of Ingredients



• 1 c. corn meal
  
• 1/2 c. flour
  
• 2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 1/2 tsp. soda
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 can creamed corn
  
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
  






Instructions



1. Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Then add eggs, creamed corn and onion.
   
2. If mixture is still too thick to spoon up add more liquid.....can add beer.
   
3. Use tablespoon and spoon into hot oil and deep fat fry. Drop like dumplings.
