List of Ingredients



• 2 c. milk
  
• 1/4 c. butter
  
• 1/4 c. sugar
  
• 2 pkg. yeast
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• 1/4 c. warm water
  
• 5 c. sifted flour
  






Instructions



1. Let milk come to a boil, then add the butter, sugar and salt. Cool.
   
2. Soften yeast in water and stir into first mix.
   
3. Add flour, about half at a time, and beat well.
   
4. Turn out onto floured surface and allow to set for 15 minutes.
   
5. Knead until smooth. Let rise until double in size.
   
6. Make cinnamon rolls.
