    Chocolate Zucchini Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
    • 1/2 c. oil
    • 1 3/4 c. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 c, sour milk
    • 2 1/2 c. flour
    • 4 tbsp. cocoa
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. cloves
    • 2 c. zucchini, diced not shredded
    • 1/4-1/2 c. chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
    2. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well.
    3. Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan.
    4. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
    5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    6. This needs no frosting...it is moist.
