    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. sugar
    • 2/3 c. white syrup
    • Pinch Salt
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 tsp. anise flavoring (or more)
    • 1 tsp. food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Cook sugar, white syrup, salt and water to hard crack or 290 degrees.
    2. Add anise flavoring and food coloring. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Cool and crack.
