    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices
    • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) or 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Jello Orange Gelatin
    • 2 c. boiling water
    • 1 pint orange sherbert
    • Mint leaves (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Drain oranges, measuring syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 c. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add measured liquid. Add sherbert by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened.
    2. Fold in oranges, reserving a few for garnish. Pour into a serving bowl or individual serving dishes. Chill until set -- atleast 1 hour. Garnish with reserved mandarin orange sections and mint leaves if desired.
    3. Makes about 5 cups or 8 servings.
