Peach Berry Cobbler

List of Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. peach juice
- 2 c. drained canned peaches (cut into chunks)
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- BATTER:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter (cut in with above ingredients)
- 1/2 c. milk (add last)
Instructions
- Cut peaches in bottom of 9 X 9 pan. Sprinkle blueberries over peaches. Mix corn starch, brown sugar, peach juice and lemon juice. Sprinkle over blueberries. Cut up butter and put on top.
- BATTER: Mix ingredients, drop batter by spoonfuls on top of dessert.
- 350 degrees until done (about 30 minutes).
- Double recipe for 9 X 13 pan.
