Cheese Ball

List of Ingredients
- 8- oz. pkg cream cheese
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 # Velveeta
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 tbsp. onion (chopped fine)
- 1/2 oz. dried beef (chopped fine)
Instructions
- Let cheese stand at room temperature. Mix all ingredients. Divide in half. Roll into logs.
- Roll one log in crushed Ritz cracker crumbs. The other one in pecans.
- Serve with crackers.
