    List of Ingredients


    • 8- oz. pkg cream cheese
    • 4 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
    • 1/2 # Velveeta
    • 1 stick oleo
    • 1/2 tbsp. onion (chopped fine)
    • 1/2 oz. dried beef (chopped fine)


    Instructions


    1. Let cheese stand at room temperature. Mix all ingredients. Divide in half. Roll into logs.
    2. Roll one log in crushed Ritz cracker crumbs. The other one in pecans.
    3. Serve with crackers.
