Zucchini Marmalade

List of Ingredients
- 6 c. grated zucchini
- 6 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 pkg. (3 oz) apricot jello
Instructions
- Bring zucchini to a boil until clear--no water needed.
- Boil all ingredients, except for zucchini for 6 minutes. Add zucchini. Put in small jars and seal with melted paraffin wax on top.
