    List of Ingredients


    • 6 c. grated zucchini
    • 6 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. lemon juice
    • 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    • 2 pkg. (3 oz) apricot jello


    Instructions


    1. Bring zucchini to a boil until clear--no water needed.
    2. Boil all ingredients, except for zucchini for 6 minutes. Add zucchini. Put in small jars and seal with melted paraffin wax on top.
