List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 # ground ham
- 1# lean ground beef
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk or 1 can evaporated
- 3 c. graham crackers, crushed
- SAUCE:
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1# brown sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard
Instructions
- Mix ham, ground beef, eggs, milk, and graham crackers with hands. Use ice cream scoop to form 40-45 balls.
- Mix sauce ingredients without cooking.
- Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
