    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/2 # ground ham
    • 1# lean ground beef
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 3 c. milk or 1 can evaporated
    • 3 c. graham crackers, crushed
    • SAUCE:
    • 2 cans tomato soup
    • 3/4 c. vinegar
    • 1# brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. mustard


    Instructions


    1. Mix ham, ground beef, eggs, milk, and graham crackers with hands. Use ice cream scoop to form 40-45 balls.
    2. Mix sauce ingredients without cooking.
    3. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
