Porcupine Meatballs

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of water
Instructions
- Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into balls. Stir the soup and water together in deep skillet. Heat to boiling. Add the meatballs. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
